As much as you may think you dislike a life of routines; rituals give you a sense of safety and purpose. Predictability: An example of predictable is the sun rising every morning.
Change is not easy and yet this is what has happened during and after the pandemic. The way we work is no longer the same as many now work remotely. You may no longer be connecting with co-workers as before. So, what should you do? Take time and create a routine. Keep a sleep pattern and in the mornings go for a walk, run or jog. Before going to sleep, take time to meditate or find out what feeds your soul and make it a part of your nightly routine.
You will find comfort in having a routine. Why? Well routines are not just comforting but nourishing as well. There are also mental health benefits when you have a routine because you will feel centered and awakeeach morning with an intention.
